To better serve you now and with our anticipated growth, it has become necessary to create a support system. We are now in Phase 1.

PHASE 1 - We are very excited to announce that we are now transitioning all our support requests to the new Beautiful Help Desk, which will become the hub of our support from now on. Initially this will operate with a contact form and will eventually move to a full support ticket system.

Support During August – Vacation Closure Month

During the month of August, we are closed for phone support so that our team can rest and spend time with their families.

You will still have limited email support during this time to assist you with critical matters that can’t wait for our return after Labor Day.
